Project Manager This position combines a technical background, familiarity with software engineering principles and mobile application technology, a background in the processes and methodologies needed to deliver on time, and specific experience running day to day operational details of a project. Candidate in this position will work as part of a team to manage delivery of a solution, and will be responsible for the following areas and activities: coordinate personnel, equipment, and other resource availability; develop and maintain project schedule; monitor progress and produce regular status reports; run status meetings; track time & budget for project; serve as focal point for communications between team members/organizations; manage defect remediation process; manage initial requirements collection and ongoing maintenance; coordinate deliverables between engineering team and client; communicate changes to all appropriate team members, and client. Bachelor’s degree in IT, management or related field is required plus 4+ years of relevant experience. Software Developer/Mobile Solution Analyst The Mobile Solution Analyst combines general software engineering education and experience with real world mobile application development and integration skills on at least one popular platform (e.g., iPhone, Android, and/or BlackBerry) using native development tools, one of several languages (e.g., Visual Basic.NET, C#, Java), or using a cross-platform development environment. Candidates in this position work individually and on teams to build a solution, including the following areas and activities: gather and document requirements and use cases; collaborate on design; produce design documentation including block diagrams, flowcharts, and UML diagrams; implement according to detailed design specifications; unit test software; maintain and enhance existing software; diagnose, debug and correct problems with existing software; communicate with technical personnel regarding project details Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineering Quality Assurance Specialist/Mobile Solution Quality Assurance Analyst This position requires an individual who brings technical education and real world software test experience to deliver outstanding quality results for our customer solutions. Key to experience is working with technologies including HTML, XML, test automation software, defect tracking systems, network services and at least one common mobile platform (e.g. iPhone, Android, and/or BlackBerry). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering required. 3 years relevant experience required. Senior Sales Representative - Government Sales This position is for a highly motivated individual who has experience in government sales focused on consultative and professional services. Key for this position is an understanding of the mobile software market as well as an understanding for how this market will drive itself into the public sector. A proven record for selling software development or related professional services for large scale projects to the federal government, state or local agencies is necessary for this position. This individual must have established relationships at senior and key decision making levels in the public sector market. Ability to translate technology initiative into business cases for ROI/TCO is highly desirable. This individual must possess the ability to collaborate with multiple vendors to jointly identify business system requirements and solutions. 7-10 years of sales experience with 5+ years of large government account sales is required. Senior Sales Representative - Commercial Sales This position is for a highly motivated individual who has experience in commercial sales focused on consultative and professional services. Key for this position is an understanding of the mobile software market as well as an understanding for how this market will drive itself into the commercial market space. A proven record for selling software development or related professional services for large scale projects is necessary for this position. Senior Development Engineer Provide systems engineering, full life cycle development, and analysis, using Objected Oriented Programming concepts, Java, JDBC, Unix (HP & Solaris), Perl, C, relational databases, and Waterfall and Agile models of software development. Duties include resolving IT design and development issues; providing operational assessments and analysis for projects involving close liaison with engineering and software development consultants, quality assurance, management, and the customer; performing complex tasks and activities associated with one or more technical areas within the developmental functions; performing maintenance analysis on existing software products; developing new software or designing enhancements to existing systems; providing technical leadership for efforts in technical writing, user manual development, human factors engineering, budgeting, and training support; providing senior leadership to technical consultants and future staff for overall system design, development and enhancement. |
